• COTTON
Cotton is a soft, comfortable and breathable fabric. This fabric offers you a great freedom of movement and is an easy to care fabric.
Very elastic, 100% cotton trousers support high temperatures. Unlike polyester trousers, cotton trousers do not melt and do not stick to the skin. They are suitable for metalworks.
• POLYESTER
Characterised by its strength, its resistance and its easy care. The polyester offers high tensile strength and abrasion resistance. Polyester trousers never wrinkle and retain colours.
• POLYESTER/COTTON
A combination of these two fabrics forms a light yet resistant fabric. Polycotton is an ideal blend that offers comfort, durability and a shape and colour resistance.

- What are the different technologies used?
The Cordura technology is an extremely durable, strong and very flexible polyamide fibre. This fibre is often used as a reinforcement fabric on a strategic place on trousers: the knees.
The CoolMax technology fibre allows you to keep your body dry and cool. Its special fibres transport the perspiration to the next layer of clothing where it evaporates quickly.
The Thermolite fibre technology combines lightness and warmth, it traps warm air layer between the fabric and your skin. It is engineered to help and optimize your performance without weighing you down.
Which colour, shape and size should you choose?
- Type of trousers: Jeans, multi-pockets trousers, Bermuda shorts, overalls.
- Size and length of the leg: see our sizing guide
- Fabric weight: it defines the level of fabric resistance and therefore the level of protection. The thicker the fabric is, the more robust and durable the trousers will be. For an inner work environment, choose a lighter fabric. For an outer work environment, choose a higher fabric (above 250 gsm).
- Seams: different types of seams exist; single, double or triple stitched seams. The more the seams are reinforced (triple), the better the tear resistance and the longer the life of the trousers will be.
- Reinforcements: Make sure the trousers are reinforced.
- Knee pads: many trousers offer knee pad pockets. They are easily removable if you don’t need them. Knee pads are used by people who work on their knees.

- Number and type of pockets: Make sure that the pocket locations fit your needs and are sufficient in number and size.
- Type of closure: button or zipper.
- Belt: If you have to get up and down often, opt for an elastic belt or a belts with numerous loops.
